Langtang Gosainkund trekking is popular trekking trail in Langtang region. Langtang Gosainkund Helambu region is the second greatest conserved national park of Nepal enriched by more than 1000 different species of flora and at the same time it is the natural home of 150 different species of birds and many wild animals such as tigers, beers, deer, wild sheep, snow-leopard and etc. It offers an ideal trek for those without much time but who wish to experience Nepal ’s unique combination of cultures and landscapes while avoiding grueling bus journeys before reaching the beautiful sights of the Nepalese trekking trails. From Kathmandu we have a 7 hour drive to the trailhead. Initially we trek through dense forest of oak, birch and pine before the valley opens out into alpine meadows.
